I am delighted with this bakery. Such delicious and tender products. It is great that you can find both sweet and not. The only minus is that the owners are not interested in people eating in the house. There are 4 tables and chairs are not everywhere. This is a huge minus, because people come with children and want to eat food right away. Desks and chairs for people.

## What is Worth Choosing
For a first-time visitor in Plano or a local seeking the best this spot has to offer, choosing from the expansive menu can be a delightful challenge. The secret to success at 85°C Bakery Cafe is embracing the variety and mixing familiar favorites with the unexpected global treats that they do so well. Based on the menu highlights and customer appreciation for their unique offerings, there are a few items that stand out as absolute must-try selections.
First and foremost, you absolutely must sample the beverages. The original 85°C Coffee provides an excellent baseline, but it is the Sea Salt Series that truly defines the drink experience. Whether you choose the signature Sea Salt Coffee or the refreshing Sea Salt Jasmine Green Tea, the subtle, cool layer of salted cream is a flavor innovation that perfectly complements the pastries and is a great way to cool off during a warm Texas day. For those who love a rich, creamy beverage, the Boba Milk Tea is a classic choice, and the fun, fruity slush options like the Mango Slush are also extremely popular.
In the bakery section, the most highly recommended items revolve around their signature soft, slightly sweet bread dough. The Marble Taro is a consistent top seller; its vibrant purple taro paste filling is a subtle, earthy sweet treat. Also essential is the Pork Sung Bun, a unique Taiwanese-style bun topped with dried shredded pork and a special sauce, offering a savory, umami flavor profile that is both comforting and exotic. For something simpler but equally perfect, the soft, rich Brioche bread demonstrates the excellent texture the bakery is known for.
Finally, when it comes to cakes, the slices offer a perfect way to taste the quality without committing to a full 8-inch cake. The Deluxe Strawberry Slice or the Coffee Creme Brulee Slice offer a taste of their impressive chiffon cake layers and specialty fillings. For the value-conscious shopper, the 85°C Classic 10-Piece Box Set is the smartest way to introduce a variety of the bakery's best treats to your friends and family in the Plano area. This Taiwanese-inspired bakery provides a level of quality and a breadth of selection that makes it a true culinary gem in North Texas, well worth navigating the peak-hour crowds for.

Fantastic bakery in Boba tea Spot Café that I found right off of 75 and Spring Creek will be back soon. I tried their pearl milk, black tea and Thai milk tea. Both exceeded my expectations. Fantastic staff. You might have to wait a little bit because this place is kind of busy, but other than that, I would recommend
Jan 28 · Abdallah “Dooly” IsmailMy favorite location! Came here on Sunday around 1pm. They were decently busy but wait time in the line was not that long. They have a great selection of baked goods and cakes. Almost every person in line had a tray packed with different kinds of pastry. We also got their signature 85 iced coffee and mango slush. It's never a disappointment getting dessert. They also have nice clean bathrooms.
Mar 19 · Nancy TrangSuch a great bakery!! There is easy access off the highway and easy parking. All the baked goods are nicely displayed. They have trays available to set your items on. There was a good selection of baked goods after selecting your item there is a line to pay where you can also order drinks. We tried the coffee cruffin which was delicious!! The pre-bottled coffee and Thai tea were great! It was perfectly sweet and flavorful. The prices were great for the quality you’re getting. I would definitely visit again.
Apr 27 · Emily SantosThe service I experienced from Justin was extremely disappointing. He showed no friendliness at all and barely responded when I asked questions. His attitude was completely unprofessional, acting as if he didn’t care whether I placed an order or not, pushing everything in a very impatient manner. On top of that, he kept rushing us to order, even though we didn’t understand what the hurry was about. Instead of giving us time or helping us make a choice, he acted annoyed and pushed us as if we were wasting his time. When I asked for clarification, all he kept saying was “I don’t know, I don’t know,” without making any effort to explain or repeat my order clearly. Instead of helping, he made the entire process confusing and frustrating. What made it even worse was his facial expression: a cold, poker face, like I somehow owed him a fortune. This dismissive and arrogant attitude made me feel completely unwelcome as a customer.Overall, Justin’s service was terrible, unfriendly, and unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
