Very friendly front staff and very good buttery croissant - but the sandwich I had on it was plain-jane and nothing special. I poured out half of the coffee (beyond bitter) and added more water and cream. I won’t be back until you remove your stupid 14% fee used to pay your employees. Horrible business practice.

Only thing worth mentioning is there's a 14% fee on top of the listed price as an "Administration fee", which is slightly misleading
