Ordered a custom cake for my mom’s 85th. The left one is vanilla cake with whipped cream and pineapple and custard filling. The right one is chocolate cake with mouse, cannoli and butter cream. They did a beautiful job and the cakes were delicious and they delivered them safely and on time to the venue. The person who took my order was so kind and patient and even when I followed up to change the order slightly they showed excellent customer service all around and the same when I called the day before to reconfirm everything was all set. So many people complimented on how pretty they were but also how delicious. Thank you to the entire Alpine team. You contributed to helping make a beautiful event and many wonderful memories. TP

I’ve been to this bakery many times in the past so I ordered my gender reveal cake from here, boy was that a mistake. Placed the order and then a family member called to give them the gender results, the girl that took the order wrote down the right information but somehow the cake was made with the wrong color and left our family thinking we were having a boy when in fact it was supposed to be pink as the order said. Huge disappointment I wouldn’t trust them with a cake of this nature or shop here ever again. Can’t believe how anyone could make this mistake when the order was taken correctly as confirmed by management but the cake was made wrong. Stay far far away from this place if you ever need to order for a gender reveal.

The lovely woman who rang me up was so enthusiastic about my choice, I knew I was in for a treat, but O DOUBLE M GEE! So good! I live in Manhattan, but I can't visit the bestie in Smithtown without stopping at this gem. Always fresh, always innovating! Run, don't walk! Also highly recommend the large cupcakes and confetti cake which said bestie got me for my birthday. Xx
