It’s now a warm, inviting space with fantastic bagels (classics as well as interesting new flavors like raisin fennel) and service. The prices are also super reasonable compared to many of the other bagel shops nearby. If you haven’t been back in some time because the old spot wasn’t your thing, I recommend giving Atlantic Bagels 2.0 a shot!

I ordered my usual plain toasted bagel with butter — nothing fancy — and was shocked to be charged almost 40% more than usual. On top of that, they actually had the nerve to charge extra for butter then acted like this was always the price.No signs, no warning, no heads-up — just a surprise at the counter. When I questioned the price hike, the manager was rude, dismissive, and couldn’t care less. Zero customer service. It’s clear they don’t respect their regulars or care about fairness.This place has gone downhill fast. If you don’t want to be overcharged, disrespected, and treated like a nuisance, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that know how to treat customers right.Total ripoff. Total joke. Never going back.
