Over all the worst Auntie Annes. The people are so rude and the food is always stale.

Unfriendly. It was burnt at the bottom. They pushed my hand away when paying, and didn’t turn the card reader towards me.

Most of you around here are part of the choir and believer in Auntie Anne's. I envy you. I have only recently had my very first Auntie Anne's experience (that I can remember anyway. Maybe I went there before as a middle/high school student). Hanging out with my friend and his daughter and her friend, we made a much needed stop at Auntie Anne's and it got the girls quiet for a little bit. They each got a pretzel and I had the pretzel dog. My world stopped. The pretzel was so buttery, so warm, just the right amount of salty. It was better than crack. I kept asking one of the little girls to feed me her pretzel. Shamelessly, I batted my lashes and smiled with allure. The warmth of the soft pretzel enveloped my tastebuds in a mother's warm, loving embrace, I tasted home. Or even better, Auntie Anne's. From now on I will never pass another one without spending at least $4 of my hard-earned cash. Much to the regret of my waistline.

My wife and my kid bought a cup of salty small pretzels today, it seem that the tiny pretzels were over cooked and they were hard to chew, I go back to changed with new one this BRAZILIAN girl named Eren I believe, she started talking in Portuguese with the other colleagues in there and laughing at me and my family.I never write reviews but she deserves this..I asked her to give me the managers or supervisors name cause she did not wanted to change the pretzels, she handed me a napkin with a 800 number on it...REALLY???Please the cost of those are with pennies just make a 2 year old happy..

What’s a trip to the mall without an Auntie Anne’s pretzel? The smell grabs you right when you walk in the door! I love getting a little cup of pretzel nuggets and eating while I walk around (before masks, of course), and with a tall ice cold lemonade, nothing is better! Service is always quick and friendly
