Highly recommend this place! I walked in today and was greeted at the door by Jenna. I ordered two salted pretzels and a cinnamon pretzel. She let me know it would take a few minutes to make the salted pretzels, and although she already had a cinnamon one ready, she offered to make me a fresh one along with the salted, which I really appreciated! Jenna was incredibly sweet and welcoming. I’ve been to this location multiple times and am always greeted with warm smiles by all the workers. The food is consistently fresh, and the staff makes sure everything stays clean and well-maintained. Will definitely be coming back!

They sell various pretzels, Cinnabon pastries and drinks. The location is small and customers have no tables for dining in. I ordered a pretzel and an iced coffee. Both were very good and service was quick. Friendly and helpful staff.

I was greeted with warm smiles and received patience as I took time to review the menu before ordering. The sales associates were kind and energized. The aroma of cinnamon sugar leaves you wanting to purchase more. I love the open kitchen, this allows you to see the cleanliness of the food prep. When in Brooklyn this is a must go-to.
