Came up to the counter and was told to wait 10 mins. Waited 10 minutes and asked if they were making cinnamon sugar pretzels. She straight up said NO with lots of attitude. Walked around the service center a little and then noticed they had cinnamon sugar in the case. Waited in line again and got a cup. The pretzels were not buttery and were stale. I finished the pretzels and was left with a huge amount of cinnamon sugar. Paid $8 for 8 little pretzels. Not worth the stop at all!

What is Worth Choosing
For Maryland drivers and passengers navigating I-95, choosing Auntie Anne's at the Maryland House is entirely worthwhile for its commitment to delivering a perfectly executed, fast, and satisfying snack. The core value proposition here is the freshness and consistency of the iconic soft pretzel. In the often-hit-or-miss world of rest area food, Auntie Anne's is a reliable choice for a hot, hand-rolled treat. The signature Original Pretzel, with its unique buttery, salty finish, remains a top choice, but the sweet Cinnamon Sugar variety is equally legendary for those needing a sugar boost.

It’s the essential, satisfying twist you deserve on the road.

Went here on Saturday April 5th 2025 with my parents as part of our stop to the Maryland House Travel plaza to use the restrooms. This is one of the many places to eat at the rest area. My dad decided on a snack, and he got some pretzels. Got one of those containers. I enjoyed them, and they were a little salty but still enjoyable and filling.
Apr 19 · Jacqueline LisellaThey really just gonna piss you off. I advise you keep driving to Delaware and grab yourself a fresh pretzel. Not even gonna post what happened when we try to order here this very ignorant people working the stand.
Aug 24 · Rell BrownThe costumer service was horrible. We waited in line because they refused to serve anyone until they had restocked the pretzel bites. We only wanted to order normal pretzels which were just sitting in the case. Finally after getting the order to go, we find that one of our pretzels is completely undercooked. Keep in mind that the pretzel in the photo is a plain pretzel, not one stuffed with cheese…that’s raw dough.
Nov 24 · LanglsIf I gave this place 2 stars their rating would go up. But I'm not, 1 star for you. They had no customers in line. I go and ask for A PRETZEL. The girl at the counter says, "we don't have any pretzels". Not, we don't have any, but we will in 10 minutes. "We don't have any pretzels". They weren't about to close, there wasn't a big influx of customers that just ate their pretzel stock. They just didn't make any. 4 people working. No pretzels.👎 👎
