What is Worth Choosing

For California locals seeking the best experience at this Auntie Anne's location, the choice should center on the perfect combination of fresh, hot baked goods and the convenience of the co-branded concept.

1. The Hot Nugget and Dip Combo: The most satisfying choice is to order one of the specialty pretzel nuggets paired with a dip. Specifically, the Pepperoni Pretzel Nuggets are a standout savory option, praised by locals for coming out "piping hot." Pair these with the creamy Hot Salsa Cheese Dip for a delicious, slightly spicy, warm snack. Alternatively, go for the classic sweet indulgence: Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets with the rich Cream Cheese Dip or Sweet Glaze Dip. Nuggets are often recommended for their convenience and consistent texture.

2. The Dual-Concept Refreshment: Leverage the benefits of this combined location by choosing the perfect refreshment to cut through the buttery richness of the pretzels. Opt for one of the vibrant, tart drinks like the Original Frozen Lemonade or a healthy balance with a Classic Smoothie such as the Strawberry Surf Rider™ or a protein-packed option like the Protein Berry Workout. The Watermelon Spritz, as a featured product, is an excellent choice for a seasonal, cooling beverage on a warm Southern California day.

3. Catering for Convenience: If you are hosting a local event, it is absolutely worth choosing one of the Pretzel Buckets. They are guaranteed crowd-pleasers and remove the stress of food preparation. The Mini Pretzel Dogs Bucket is particularly valuable as a full, snackable meal item that appeals to both adults and children, securing your spot as a great host or event planner with minimal effort. Choosing this La Palma location means choosing speed, convenience, and a beloved, consistently fresh baked treat every time.

My favorite go-tos are the pepperoni nuggets and the cinnamon sugar nuggets! They always come out piping hot and don't have to wait long at all for them to come out fresh. The workers are so nice and I appreciate the clean lobby.

Can they please stop burning the bottom half of all pretzels. I come here a lot cuz it’s the closest one to me. But every single time I have to throw half the pretzel away cuz it’s burned. The other locations it’s not like this. Only this one burns them. Also back like 2 months ago none of the employees knew how to run a gift card and told me “oh we don’t accept those here” came back another time and sure enough they do accept them. I just have to have the right employee who knows how to run them.

How this store has a single positive review is beyond me. They are horrible in just about every way you can imagine. My main complaint is that they don’t have pretzels ready when they open, which is a truly absurd way to run a business. Why would you not have half the product available until hours after you open? Additionally, the atmosphere is non-existent. The employees regularly seem annoyed you’re there to order. Lastly, every time I’ve gone, my order has been wrong. Once or twice seems acceptable, but every time is out of hand. One time, I was there over an hour because first they made the wrong pretzel, then they dropped the next one on the ground, by the end I did not even care what I got, I just wanted to be done there. There’s no seating inside, so I had to stand there the entire time they continued to make mistakes. The hours online also often don’t match reality, so be sure to check beforehand.
