Very disappointing experience! I ordered avocado toast for breakfast TWICE within 1 week. First, they called me on Sunday morning claiming they don't have any salmon. The toast arrived with everything (pastrami)but salmon, but I was still charged for salmon. I gave them 2nd chance today, 07-06-24, the toast arrived with salmon but not much of anything else: 1 spoon of avocado with few capers in the middle, instead of herb salad I got 1 slice of lettuce w/ a slice of red onion. I don't understand why are they even in restaurant business, and I certainly can't recommend them!

14.90 for a bacon egg and cheese! With 2 strips of bacon! And almost no cheese and 2 eggs! Never going back. And don’t get me started with the blueberry muffin! Almost no blueberrys! And they claim to be a New York bagel place. With those prices maybe Long Island. And it took them almost 10 mins to make the sandwich. I know this is Florida and everything is slower . But don’t put NY in your name and don’t have the speed or flavors. 14.90 tasted terrible
Sep 18 · Not Urs at allThis is my second time coming to this store and I will say that I like the atmosphere. It’s clean. It’s friendly and a couple things. I did enjoy like the rainbow cookie cake but The bagels were OK. Putting New York bagel in your name you have to have really great bagels, treasure Coast, bakery bagels Are better in my opinion and I grew up in New York. But It’s good Don’t get me wrong. It’s not horrible or Gimmicky It’s a good Option for people who just want a bagel and aren’t picky. Today I had the Blueberry muffin and I honestly couldn’t finish it. It was packed with sugar. My husband had a tuna out and he really enjoyed it. I’ve had sandwiches for them before and I really enjoyed it. The last time I went, I had the rainbow bagel and it was Not great I wouldn’t even say good I will say it was cute to look at aesthetically pleasing. But you buy a bagel to eat not to look at. I asked for it to be toasted And it was warm, not toasted but warm and the cream cheese was not spread evenly. I will say they were ridiculously busy at the time and still very nice and helpful. The cashier said she was new and she said that after I told her what I wanted about three times And she still wasn’t getting it my husband said it once and all of a sudden she heard what he said, and it was kind of annoying because I said Danish and she kept saying you want a bagel.. I almost screamed danish lol. But The eggs and potatoes are good. This is a very honest and long review because I see great potential in them. I just wish that number one their cashiers were a little bit more present. And I understand at the time that I want they had just freshly opened up I think so that was another factor again super busy that day. I was probably in there for about 30 minutes and the entire time it was packed to the rim. The last thing I will say is Be careful when you’re buying danishes from them because gosh I bought three and I ate them on the car ride home. It was that good so the pastries are great. But the muffin was a little sweet again. I got blueberry crumb, I think it was.
Apr 21 · subrina RamdinI have not been to Bagel Brothers in years. I was in the mood for a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. I like that I was able to order on the app and go pick up. When I got there a lady who was changing out the coffee station was a bit rude when she was trying to go around me but hey I will excuse that. The young man at the counter asked if I had been helped. He only had one item in my order but as soon as I told him what I had ordered he went and got the rest of it. The bagel sandwich was very tasty. Much better than Brooklyn Water Bagels. I also ordered a black and white cookie as being from NY that is one of my most missed things from NY. I have to say that this was one of the BEST black and white cookies I have had in Florida.I will be back again to try a few of their other items and of course another black and white cookie.
Jul 20 · Nancy ItriVisually the place looks great however I was so disapointed with my lunch. When I walked in I waited 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge I was there to take my order (with no one in front of me). Not one worker looked up so that I could even try to get there attention (there were also 3 other people waiting behind me). Eventually they got around to taking my order but then I ended up waiting another long while just for a grilled cheese and tomato soup. When I finally got the food, the grilled cheese was barely toasted and the cheese was not melted, basically it was a cheese sandwhich. The tomato soup was not good either, it literally tasted like jarred pasta sauce and was barely heated up. I really had high hopes for a delicious lunch but this wasn't it...
