This place has gone so far down hill over the years. I got here 10minutes after they opened, they hardly had any bagels, and that they wouldn’t make more bagels until 9am. Now I know why so many locations have closed…needless to say I won’t be coming back. You can find better bagels and service elsewhere.

First time here, and I am not a fan. I came here order an avocado bacon burger with fries and drink. They didn’t have avocado. Anyways, Cashier didn’t get it right the first time when I order the same thing minus the avocado. She didn’t charge me for the fries and drink so I paid again for the fries and drink. I got the drink filled it up then she tells me hey it’s another $2 for the fries. I was upset had to go to my seat get my wallet to pay again. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was new… who knows. In total paid about 20$. This is what I got for a large meal. The burger wasn’t bad fries were ok. Best part was lemonade lol Maybe they were just having a bad day I’ll come again just to try it out cause like I said maybe it was a bad day

Anyway, there’s a lady at the front counter which seems to be the leader but seems to always be mad. Also, I noticed her sticking out her tongue for some reason, and being that it’s a food facility it looks a bit gross. The food is good the bagels are awesome. Please talk to this person, when I came she seemed to be upset with the employees. Maybe it was just me but the tongue sticking out is a no no.
