(Mill Plain is the one I go to)Obviously, their bagels and flavoured cream cheeses are amazing (absolutely worth the price) but what really blew me away were the hot sandwiches. STACKED grinders/wedges using high-quality ingredients. They haven't cheaped out like I've come to expect from modern delis. Great bread!It's genuinely impressive to watch this busy, buzzing location keep up with the high volume of customers both in-store and online. This place is a well-oiled machine. Seamless, easy to use online ordering from their website.And this is a little thing, but their avocados are always ripe. They have to have some kind of system in place to have perfect avocados every day because ordering avocado from other restaurants is always a gamble but not here!! It's a big reason I keep coming back. I will always pay extra, if needed, to have them put avocado on everything.

Best breakfast sandwiches and bagels! They are made locally in-house daily, affordable pricing and a large coffee selection. My favorite is a classic bacon, egg & cheese on an egg bagel! They do tend to get busy in the mornings, so I recommend to order online. They have a few tables inside, but mostly a takeout spot.

I received my order and left to go home, $27 later.When I opened my order, I never received my egg sandwich. In the bag was 3x toasted bagels with cream cheese, ALL 3 BURNT AND UNEDIBLE!I CALLED , explained the order was wrong, asked for my egg sandwich and 3 bagels in a bag with half lb of creamcheese and girl tried to argue to bring my order back??? Why?? Then preceded to hang the phone upon me!! Great customer service.I went back to get my money back , and the owner, who i can call a few choice words, played a tough guy act and said here's your money. And that he's been there for 30 years and that I should know what its like to own a business.I was banned from BAGELMAN!LMAO.CALL THE BAGEL POLICE !POOR PRODUCTHORRIBLE SERVICEDISGUSTING PLACENEVER AGAINIf your in the food business, (for 30 years) remember this....a bad word goes alot further than a good word.Fix the order and fix your PERSONALITY!!AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK ENGLISH!

I ordered a medium asked for sugar and cream. I asked if they put sugar. The two ladies seeemed lost and didn’t know what was put in my coffee. There answer I do not know. This is not the first time they missed my orders. I really do not know if will be coming back since this is not the first bad experience I have had at two different stores service was the biggest issue
