Introduction / Overview

Bake Mark USA is not a traditional retail storefront where the public stops for a morning pastry. Rather, this facility is a cornerstone of the entire Florida baking industry, operating as the region’s premier manufacturer and distributor of bakery ingredients, products, and supplies. Located in Tampa, the Bake Mark USA distribution center serves as the essential, behind-the-scenes partner, providing the raw materials, exclusive mixes, and specialized components that thousands of local Florida bakeries—from small independent shops to large in-store operations—rely on to create the fresh, high-quality baked goods that consumers crave.

With a heritage in the baking industry spanning over 100 years, Bake Mark USA has established itself as a category leader known for its comprehensive product portfolio. This includes everything from proprietary, high-performance Bakery Mixes (such as specialized Donut, Bread & Bun, and Tres Leches Cake mixes) to essential ingredients like flour, sugar, and commodities. The company’s mission is to be the relentless value creator for the baking and food industry, ensuring that every professional kitchen in Tampa and beyond can run smoothly and efficiently.

For local users in Florida, understanding the role of Bake Mark USA is key to appreciating the quality of their favorite local bakery. This Tampa facility is the supply chain link that guarantees freshness, consistency, and a massive variety of essential components, including exclusive brands like Westco, BakeSense, and Sprinkelina. It is the foundation upon which Florida's diverse and thriving bakery ecosystem is built.

Its placement is optimized for distribution efficiency, ensuring that local Tampa Bay bakeries receive their supplies quickly and reliably.

From a customer service standpoint, the facility offers essential physical accessibility features, including a Wheelchair accessible entrance and a Wheelchair accessible parking lot. Trucks must back in off street through the gate. This alot just before you get to bake mark you can turn around to set up for backing in. It is tight even for experience driver. Places like this should not exist. If you have tractor trailers delivering or picking up you should have the proper amount of space for maneuvering a full size tractor trailer in your property. When you take your road test to get your license you will fail if you hold up other traffic..(backing off road). This is only being done because no one has the drivers back. These towns or cities need to make ordinances to prevent this from happening. We all know that if your backing a truck and an incident occurs it's the drivers fault and the corporate lawyers are ready to pounce.

Corporate: I recommend investigating your general manager, Jeff Andersen. A BakeMark truck caused significant damage to one of our retail properties in Haines City in December 2023. We tried to reach out cordially, but all calls were never responded to. We have video evidence from numerous cameras showing damage done, and a police report was filed. Mr. Andersen states he is unaware of the situation, but it states in the police report that the officer spoke with Mr. Andersen about the incident. Details in the police report provide evidence that Mr. Andersen LIED TO THE OFFICER. Our attorneys have made contact and we will be filing a lawsuit this week if this is not resolved immediately.Consumers: If Mr. Andersen is a reflection of this company, be VERY CONCERNED. Should you have any issue, I would not be surprised if they don't resolve it.
