When I asked why such a big adjustment when I can see that even in the app the bagel with cream cheese costs $4.75, the lady kept insisting that that is correct $4.75 + taxes is $5.21 even though i kept explaining to her that she overcharged.After several minutes of trying to explain and not getting anywhere, I gave up and hopped at least the bagel would be worth the hassle.Unfortunately I was disappointed with that as well, with the cream cheese bagel barely having any cream cheese in, let alone enough to be worth $4 + tax.Overall, food is lacking and service is lacking.

That said, my bagel sandwich was enjoyable and stacked high with toppings. Only negative was that it wasn't toasted like I asked for.Overall, this won't be a NY bagel, but for a thick breakfast sandwich, especially hungover, this isn't a bad choice.
