We have stopped by this delightful shop many times on our Gambier visits, discovering new treats each time. Oh, the babka (see image), the sweet potato muffins and the strawberry streusel muffins! Lisa, the owner/baker has made this spot a welcoming and special addition to town.

Introduction / Overview
For residents and visitors in the heart of Ohio, particularly near the charming village of Gambier, the Birds of a Feather Bake Shop & Boutique is a cherished local gem that offers far more than traditional baked goods. Located on Gaskin Avenue, this establishment seamlessly merges the comforting aromas of a scratch bakery with the unique appeal of a carefully curated retail boutique, creating a truly welcoming and special addition to the town.

I have celiac and this place have a pleasant selection of gluten free cookies and a rotation of other treats. The best thing is the absolutely blissful banana chocolate chip bread. It’s the best I have ever had, and that includes any loaf with gluten. There are so many other wonderful, hand curated items to enjoy. And the owner is just as lovely as the boutique she has built. Please treat yourself and visit Birds of a Feather if you’re visiting anywhere near Gambier Ohio.
