Brazilian Flavor Bakery offers a comprehensive array of services and products, distinguishing itself as more than just a traditional bakery. It functions as a multi-faceted establishment designed to bring a wide range of Brazilian culinary experiences to its customers.

  • Extensive Bakery Selection: As its name suggests, the bakery provides a wide variety of baked goods. While specific items aren't fully detailed, customers have noted a "lot of bakery stuff," indicating a broad selection of pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats. Flan is specifically mentioned as a popular item, suggesting a focus on authentic Brazilian desserts.
  • Market Offerings: A significant aspect of Brazilian Flavor Bakery is its attached market. Customers have been pleasantly surprised by the "bunch of different stuff to buy" in a "very clean" market. This suggests a well-stocked grocery section offering a variety of Brazilian and perhaps Latin American products, ingredients, and perhaps even imported goods.
  • Meat Market: Adding to its versatility, the establishment includes a meat market. This suggests that customers can find fresh cuts of meat, potentially catering to specific cuts used in Brazilian cuisine, providing a convenient one-stop shop for meal preparation.
  • Attached Restaurant: Brazilian Flavor Bakery also features an attached restaurant. This offers customers the opportunity to enjoy freshly prepared Brazilian dishes on-site. While a specific review mentioned a disappointing experience with a hamburger, the presence of a restaurant indicates a broader menu of hot foods available for lunch or dinner.
  • Coffee Service: The bakery offers coffee, allowing customers to pair their pastries or meals with a hot beverage. While one customer found the coffee machine initially challenging and the coffee itself "nothing special," the availability of coffee is a standard offering for a bakery.

This breadth of products, ranging from flan and other pastries to various market goods and meat, caters to a wide array of needs and culinary explorations, offering items not commonly found elsewhere in the immediate area.
  • Authentic Brazilian Offerings: The bakery lives up to its "Brazilian Flavor" name by providing authentic tastes of Brazil. The mention of flan and Brazilian hamburgers suggests a commitment to genuine regional cuisine, allowing locals to experience diverse international flavors without traveling far.
  • Attached Meat Market and Restaurant: The inclusion of both a meat market and an attached restaurant adds considerable value and convenience. This makes it a comprehensive culinary destination where customers can purchase fresh meat for home cooking, grab a quick bite, or enjoy a more substantial meal. This multi-faceted approach enhances its utility for the local community.
  • Clean Environment: The market is specifically noted by customers for being "so clean." A clean and well-maintained environment significantly enhances the shopping and dining experience, making customers feel comfortable and confident in the quality of the establishment.

I wanted so much to like this since it’s close to my house. I ordered coffee, Brazilian hamburger and Leche pudding this afternoon. The lady on the counter was very nice. You have to get your own coffee from the coffee machine which I had no idea how to use but eventually figured it out. Coffee tasted like regular coffee from keurig cup. Nothing special but the coffee machine started leaking and I kept grabbing napkins to wipe the coffee off but it won’t stop leaking so I alerted the lady. The hamburger was big and looked tasty but it was very disappointing. I waited 15 minutes and drove home for 5 minutes and the burger was cold. Also, the grilled chicken was old and hard. I had trouble cutting the burger In half because the knife was struggling to cut through the grilled chicken. It was hard and dry. I ended up taking the chicken out. Bacon was also hard as a rock and cold. This is very disappointing.

Great bakery and market. We stopped at this place to get some flan but was surprised to see lot of bakery stuff and the market looked amazing. It was so clean and bunch of different stuff to buy. We almost spent 50 bucks on bakery and everything tasted so good. It had meat market nearby and also a restaurant attached to it. Very reasonable price and great customer service.

On Friday, after work, I stopped by the Brazilian Bakery for a quick meal. I ordered a chicken dinner, a salad, and a slice of cake. However, I immediately noticed that the chicken and beans tasted off. So, I decided to pack it up and move on to the cake. Unfortunately, I discovered that the bottom of the cake had molded. I tried to speak to one of the employees, but no one there was fluent in English. Therefore, I returned the next day with the spoiled food to request a full refund. However, it took them three days to return my money. Although the staff members understood that the food was bad, there were no managers on-site, which made it difficult to process the refund.
