Ridiculously long wait (delayed further after we had been given an initial estimate) and the employee who ‘helped’ us was generally unhelpful and rude. Extra star because the cookie was good but not a good experience overall.

Refused to take my order in person, instead made me use their busted website while standing right in front of them at the counter. Told me that the order would be ready in 20 min, and when I returned, said it would be 20 more min because they were talking to an RA?? 40min of waiting for 1 cookie lol
Sep 17 · Ryan SkeesAfter having a terrible experience w one of Campus Cookies competitors, Mya was very helpful and professional. The first picture was the cookie (with the blue/white icing) we got from Campus Cookies. The second pic was the competitors cookie which clearly was not edible. Thank you campus cookies & Mya y’all are awesome!
Apr 24 · S BenBetter cookies than the sleep disorder people. Better prices and friendlier staff. Updated review. Campus Cookies are still the best in the Burg. Will gladly support anyone working their way through college! Never a bad experience. Worth 10 stars!
May 16 · Eric M GriffinDo not order from here if you want to cookies on time. I was supposed to get the cookies at 9:30pm and they did not show up, so I called them at 10 and they said they would have the cookies out for delivery soon and sorry they just got busy. I start waiting and waiting but the cookies literally never come and they did not inform me to say they would not be delivered either. I was gonna call for a refund or something the next day but they called me and said they could deliver the cookies today since they didn’t yesterday and to pick a time. I picked 6-6:30 right when they open and they showed up an hour late! I just thought that was crazy to show up late when they were a whole day late originally. Not great service. The cookies were also just ok and nothing special
