However, one knows that we came to the right place when its two LED-lit-up signs on the walls, “baked with love,” flashed before our eyes.I found my way to the other side, where Juliana (the owner’s daughter) assisted me and handed me a beautiful box containing the Crème Brûlée Bagel. The bagel was light, airy, not doughy, and tasted on point with the nice burnt sugar.Returning back, I was greeted by Steph, the owner of Steph’s Macaron, who offered me mini Crème Brûlée Macaron and Strawberry Shortcake Macaron.The macarons (pronounced "ma-ka-rooms) are thin, flavorful meringue cookies that are sandwiched together with some kind of filling. The meringues are what make these unique.
