Park City Center itself is a major hub in Lancaster, easily reached from various parts of the city and surrounding townships like Manheim Township, Hempfield Township, and even communities further afield in Lancaster County. The mall offers extensive parking facilities, ensuring that finding a spot is generally convenient, even during busy periods like weekends or holiday seasons. This ample parking is a significant advantage for those looking to make a quick stop for a Cinnabon treat or to combine it with a larger shopping trip.

Being located within a high-traffic area like a mall ensures constant footfall, making Cinnabon a popular choice for a quick snack or dessert break. For those who prefer to order ahead, Cinnabon locations often support online ordering and sometimes delivery services through third-party platforms, adding another layer of convenience for customers in Pennsylvania who might be on the go or prefer to enjoy their treats at home or work.

Cinnabon’s menu centers around its signature cinnamon rolls, but also includes a variety of other sweet treats and refreshing beverages. Their offerings typically include:

  • Classic Roll: The iconic, original large cinnamon roll, known for its warm dough, Makara cinnamon, and signature cream cheese frosting.

  • CinnaPacks™: Ready-to-heat and eat packs of Classic Rolls, MiniBons, or BonBites, designed for gifting or sharing, with heating instructions included.
  • Center of the Roll™: The gooey, soft center of the Classic Roll, often served in a cup for those who enjoy the most decadent part.
  • CinnaSweeties®: Bite-sized donut-style pastries dusted with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Various Coffee and Cold Beverages: Including their signature Mochalatta Chill®, Chillattas® (frozen blended beverages like Cinnamon Caramel, Strawberry, Mango, and Chocolate Mocha), Frozen Lemonades, Cold Brew Iced Coffee, and traditional hot coffee and teas.

For residents of Pennsylvania, especially those in Lancaster and the surrounding communities, Cinnabon at Park City Center offers a suitable option for a specific type of sweet indulgence. Its primary appeal lies in its iconic product: the warm, gooey, and distinctively flavored cinnamon roll. When you're seeking that particular comfort food experience, Cinnabon delivers a consistent and recognizable taste that is difficult to replicate elsewhere. The aroma alone is often enough to create a delightful atmosphere, and the convenience of its mall location means it's an easy stop during a shopping trip or an outing with family.

However, it is important for locals to set expectations, as the provided customer reviews indicate that service quality at this particular location may sometimes fall short of the high standards one might hope for. Customers in Pennsylvania value not just a good product, but also respectful and helpful service, particularly in a busy environment. If the aroma and taste of a classic Cinnabon roll are your sole priority, this location still offers that signature treat.

Despite potential service inconsistencies, the accessibility and the unique product offering mean that Cinnabon remains a fixture for a quick, sweet escape. When I opened my container not only did it look smaller than the other buns sitting in the pan when I confronted the person at the register he told me “it is just going to be eaten up anyway it doesn’t matter. They are all the same size.” The customer should always be right no matter what even if it doesn’t make sense this was wrong. Service here is terrible.

Went in there on Christmas Eve, and it was a mess, only 1 register was open at the time. Waited in line for approximately 15 minutes with about 3 other people in line. When another coworker opened the second register, he took the last person in line, instead of taking the next person which was me. When I told him he got nasty and started saying well I took this customer. When I got to the front of the line I asked to speak with the manager, she was busy talking to other employees who were not working, without helping the front counter. The employees working the front counter just kept telling me to leave.!! They don’t need my business.! I could go someplace else. This manager was dressed a Rudolph the red nosed reindeer.! When she came over she was mad at me, I explained what happened. She looked at me with disgust and said “what do you want” no I’m sorry, no nothing.! She was just glaring me and kept repeating “what do you want,” “what do you want.” I gave her my order which came to 21.64. Then I just left! I could not see supporting a business that obviously does not need my money. I will NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. I went to Starbucks where I was treated much nicer, and they were also just as busy if not busier than Cinnabon.!!

I went to get cinnamon buns to have for Christmas morning. They were out of the regular size Cinnabon so I had to get minis. They charged me over $8 more for 6 minis than what 9 regular would have cost. They said it was because they ran out of the big boxes and had to use more little boxes. That's not my problem! My son tried to argue but it was too crowded and the staff didn't seem to care.

Can't say what customer service was like cause someone else went in to get it for me, but as far as the the cinnabon he purchased it was ok. No hype over it but it was decent. Not sure if I'd pay $7 again though. Will have to try something else from there next time..

If you are a chocolate chip cookie lover......try their Cinnabon inside of a chocolate chip cookie. It's delicious. I never had this and I had to buy another one again.
