I just had the most horrible experience in this location. The girl (she looks Hindu) helping me with no name tag & dirty clothes obviously a repeat offender, I told her I had a T-Mobile promotion (pic added) so I started my promotion in her face then she told me it’s already been used when it time sensitive how’s that possible and while rolling her eyes say so are you gonna pay or not without trying to even see if the situation could be resolved I’ll NEVER BE BACK & NEITHER SHOULD YOU

Oct 26 · Carmel EsmailThe cinnabuns are made fresh, and there's free parking. I really do appreciate the way most of the staff are professional and keep the treats high quality. The location and the people who go to the plaza kind of suck which is purely circumstantial (think drivers that go 40mph in the parking lot with a missing bumper and cracked windsheild kind of ratchet. The person who will hit you just "because they can" and then drive away. Cant make this up when I witnessed it). I took away a star because there's one lady who works there that doesn't quite like working there and it's very obvious. She will say they're out of a cinnapack for the day, but it'd be 2pm on a Friday. She's had an attitude to her fellow employees and people who come into the store (customers, delivery people, etc).
