The designated pickup location is:

100 Bartons Run Trce, Lebanon, TN 37090, USA

Accessibility is geared toward ease of transaction rather than an in-store browsing experience, making it perfect for customers placing orders ahead of time.

• Local Pickup: Pickup orders are scheduled to be ready at the front office of the 100 Bartons Run Trce location, typically available in the morning (e.g., between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. on scheduled days).
• Local Delivery Service: The bakery specializes in providing a local delivery service, often structured as a "porch drop off" for the Lebanon area, ensuring a safe and contact-free transaction. Local drop offs are usually scheduled for a specific day of the week (e.g., Friday) within a broad time window.
• Online Ordering: The primary method of engagement is through their online platform, where customers can explore the full catalog, select their flavors, and arrange for pickup or delivery.

Due to the structure of the business model, direct walk-in service is not the focus; advance ordering and coordination via online channels are essential for a smooth experience. There is no widely published general customer service phone number for the specific Lebanon location, emphasizing the efficient online ordering system.
