Ordered a vegetarian wrap. It was way greasy. It was just vegetables, soft and oil put into a wrap which made the wrap completely greasy as well. There was absolutely no seasoning on the vegetables so the flavor was underwhelming. I will not be coming back.

First I’ll start off with the food, I ordered 3 types of bagels. All of them were soggy and not toasted like i asked. I tried each of them immediately after I got them and they were not good. I ordered 3 different cream cheeses as well and I’ve tried over 100 bagels as a local guide. THEY WERE NOT TASTEFUL AT ALL. The regular cream cheese was fine, but the strawberry and jalepeno were hard to eat. The jalepeno bagel was not tasteful and same with the rainbow bagel. I also got plain and that was at least somewhat good.For atmosphere, it’s very bland inside. The service was okay, the worker had airpods in which I don’t usually mind, but when you’re not paying attention to me, it’s not right.Personally, even though they call this a bagel place, I’d go to Mr. J’s for a bagel instead. They actually toast the bagel and give me good cream cheese.

The onion bagel was not stale however there was even less shmear on the second one. If you're looking for a good shmear this is not the place. There was no love in this relic of an establishment. I should have just gotten a bagel at the airport. Will not return.

I got there and picked up my sandwich and only when I opened it in my car did I realize that it was just bread and taylor ham. No eggs, no cheese. I called and was told that I had to specify that I wanted eggs when the online menu states that eggs are included with the order.Went home and made my own egg and cheese with it, do not order any meat sandwiches online from this place fellas so much for Cranford’s Best
May 19 · Yucheng GuanWell based off of everybody else's reviews it seems that the possible problem with this place is getting orders wrong or perhaps leading one to believe what they're ordering is what they're going to get. My issue is that I ordered a panini and last time I checked when you get a panini usually there's grill marks on it from the press and it comes in a harder more crispy type of bread. I ordered a panini from here and it came in like a big fluffy Pita type of bread folded in half. And it's not that it tasted bad because it was okay but it's definitely not what I would think of when I picture a panini. The inside of the restaurant is very spacious and is very clean. But once again I probably should heed my own review since I went to a bagel shop and ordered a panini LOL. It's a deli but let's face it this is a bagel shop. So if you want a hot cup of coffee and a delicious Bagel then I have no doubt that this is the place to go. If you want a panini or a healthy salad or some sort of bizarre sandwich then you should probably go to Panera Bread.
