Ive eaten almost every combination they make and have never been let down. It doesnt matter if I have a "special celebration", when that desire to have them hits, I get them. I've even tried other bakeries including a winner of the T.V. show "Cupcakes Wars" and nothing compares to Cupcake Dropoff.

My girlfriend ordered cupcakes for a birthday, they couldn't deliver because of weather conditions (which was understood). However two days passed by with no delivery or notification as to a reason why. When I called (which was a google voice number - phone app) they simply told me that they forgot the order due to the bad weather and that it could be delivered the following Monday (five days past the original delivery date)! They had no remorse and didn't offer any kind of compensation for their mishap! The people that run this bakery are truly incompetent and they have very poor customer service! Cupcake Ripoff!
