Since I moved to USA, back in 2010-11, I always try the Italians bakery that are on my way, I’m lucky to say that after 15 years here I finally found a place where the espresso it taste like in Italy!! The woman handling wholesale orders over the phone is consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It’s as if dealing with customers is a personal inconvenience to her. I'm not sure what she's doing all day, but apparently, my business is an unwelcome interruption. Meanwhile, the front desk staff are always courteous and helpful—so it's unfortunate that one person's behavior is forcing me to leave a negative review. After being hung up on for the third time, I've had enough. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of treatment, especially when I'm bringing you repeat business.

She hung up the phone so quick on me just completely unprofessional! When I went to pick up the cake, I did not at all get what I wanted and the cake was DISGUSTING after opening it up and tasting it! What a waste of both my time and my money! I will NEVER come to this bakery ever again!!!! I will be sure to purchase from another bakery in the area moving forward.

I had to wait over 30 minutes and when I opened my order, it was fried burnt flat well done eggs with chopped vegetables in a container.It was not an omelette. It was really pathetic looking. It definitely was not edible either.My fork couldn't cut through the eggs because of how over cooked it was.I called to complain about it and was told they would issue me a refund. THEY NEVER DID.They also asked me to text photos, which I did and they never responded or gave me my money back.I have waited 2 weeks to see if they would refund me before writing this. Too bad that the service and food here is AWFUL. You as a business should be ashamed

They have a nice lounge area with comfy seats, & regular chairs too of course. They have a wide selection of pastries & cakes. They also serve coffee too, which was pretty good. I know I will definitely be back. The prices aren't bad either, they are cheaper than what I thought they'd be. The staff are great. Definitely recommend stopping by.
