My experience was bad, you wait when the employees attend to you, it’s like angry, you go and pay the cashier and they are definitely disrespectful, terrible, especially in young people who are by the cashier. If you have another place, go because there it’s not to see nice people offering the service…..

The flavor was really awesome.this is a cuban bakery/sand which/coffee/ icecream shop in a convenience store. the coffee is very interesting. i haven't had cuban coffee before. the brand is lallave. i did ice coffee without sugar. i'm not exactly sure how they make it, and I didn't ask. It must have some kind of milk or something in it, but it's tasty and good and strong, but not bitter. I did a guava pastry, and that was tasty. And then I did some kind of a little tiramisu cup thing that was a little different, but still tasty. They have lots of different pastries, sandwiches, some hot foods, side dishes, quite a bit of stuff, eggs, etc., the staff spoke decent English, but I didn't ask a lot of questions and they were very friendly. It's a busy little place but they're quick at getting their stuff done. Definitely worth trying. so I just asked one of the staff, who didn't speak much English, but she did try to explain. What I had was sort of like a latte over ice, sort of. It was a shot of espresso of that certain brand, and then some milk, and then the ice and again, I didn't put sugar in it. For flavor or anything else. Anyways, it was really quite good. There was someone over in the ice cream area and they were getting a café Affogato. Which is espresso with vanilla ice cream. It looked very delicious. They had quite a good variety of ice cream flavors, I didn't try any, but it looked really good.

I ordered a medium iced coffee today and I was given a small. When I went up to tell the lady that took my order, I was told that the iced coffee doesn't come in a medium, only a small. I also said that I've ordered this before in a medium, and she replies "then you must've ordered a hot." They didn't apologize or offer to remake it and instead stared at me like I had a nose on my forehead. At the very least, I should have been told if what I am ordering doesn't come in the size I want, instead of just giving me what is available and expecting me to take it. Not worth going out of my way to drive here anymore.
