Dewey's Holiday Store- Oak Grove Bands

Introduction / Overview: A Holiday Tradition with a Local Twist

For many North Carolina residents, especially those in the Triad, the holiday season isn't complete without the classic flavors of Dewey's Bakery. The location listed as Dewey's Holiday Store - Oak Grove Bands represents a fantastic opportunity to enjoy those beloved treats while simultaneously supporting a valuable local cause. This site is part of Dewey's highly successful and cherished fundraising program, where they partner with local non-profits, churches, and—most commonly—school band booster clubs to establish temporary 'pop-up' holiday shops.

This specific location functions as a dedicated Bakery outlet during the holiday season, offering an extensive selection of the iconic Dewey's products. The unique aspect here is the dual benefit: customers get easy access to holiday favorites like Moravian Cookies and Sugar Cake, and a significant portion of the proceeds—often 35% or more—goes directly back to the Oak Grove Bands organization. This funding helps cover essential costs like new uniforms, instrument purchases, and educational programs, ensuring the band students have the resources they need to excel.

The store provides a convenient local spot for North Carolinians to stock up on client gifts, hostess gifts, and family treats, all while making a positive impact on the community. It’s an integral part of the Winston-Salem area's holiday fundraising landscape, offering a festive and feel-good shopping experience that combines high-quality baked goods with local philanthropy.
