Diego’s Bakery has truly mastered the art of tres leches cake. From the first bite, it’s clear this isn’t just dessert—it’s an experience. The consistency is spot on: moist without being soggy, with a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture that holds together beautifully. The flavor is perfectly balanced—rich, creamy, and just sweet enough without being overpowering. Every layer feels thoughtfully crafted, and the overall result is nothing short of immaculate. If you’re a fan of tres leches (or even if you’re not—yet), this is a must-try.

Jan 23 · Ana BDuring the holidays we tried several baked goods from Diego's Bakery. Apple and pineapple pie, tres leches cake, Sacher cake and chocolate chip cookies. It was very nice to have an easy way to get these delights for our guests, for our hosts and for ourselves during the busiest time of the year. Everything we had was fresh and like home made, not too sweet and very light. We will definitely be regulars there.
