This is a great place to have a very good and affordable breakfast, I’ve been visiting this bakery for years, their staff is friendly and the food quality is great!Best coffee in town served by Carmencita!!!Even though they do offer lunch is very important to understand that this place “is not” a restaurant which means that you will get the customer service expected on a “bakery” they do not have actual servers or waitress. Bug again, food quality is great and ALWAYS fresh and their pastries and cakes are just fantastic!!I am a sunrise resident for over 15 years and I know all the bakeries in the sunrise/sawgrass area and I can recommend this one as a 1st option 120%.

Unfortunately, my visit to Don Pan Sawgrass left me deeply disappointed—not because of the food, which was actually quite good, but due to the shockingly poor level of service.The staff seemed indifferent, poorly trained, and disengaged from the entire serving process.What’s even more unfortunate is that the kitchen clearly delivers; the dishes were well-prepared, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. But good food simply cannot make up for such a lackluster front-of-house experience.A restaurant should be more than just a place to eat—it should make you feel welcomed and valued. Sadly, that was not the case here.For locals considering dining here, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. There are many restaurants in our area that not only serve excellent food but also understand the importance of quality service. Until this establishment addresses its serious issues with staff training and customer care, I cannot recommend it, nor will I be back!

She was super nice, got my order as quick as possible, and made sure everything went smoothly. She totally made the vibe better.

Now I go in a few times a week and she is always so friendly and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel special. On the weekends it gets so busy but the service is so fast and the food and coffee are delicious. I give this place 5 stars because its perfect.
