Came in after closing without even realizing it until I went to make this review (so sorry to the staff—my friend and I have both worked in the service industry so we know how annoying that can be) but everything was amazing! They had 2 little kiosks that you could place your order at, and the menu was perfectly laid out for us. We each tried a 4 churro sampler and they were all made fresh and delicious! It was around $16 each + tax, but for the portion sizes and the fact that they’re made fresh… not too bad. You can literally smell the churros from outside the shop and that’s what drew us in. They also have fresh concha’s Friday-Sunday along with bubble tea!!! It wasn’t an expected stop, but I’m so happy we tried it.

From the parking lot you could smell a weird rotten like smell, more like bad sewage from a bathroom. We still went into the building thinking it may have been something in the air and outside only. No it was not. The smell was concentrated in the store. I only bought one, and was seriously concerned that we may get sick. Never again will we go back to that place. The employees only speak with each other, and have no interest in the public. The Churro shop in Algonquin is the best. This place definitely needs to be shut down immediately, and the health department needs to move on it before someone gets deathly ill.
