My first time visiting the silver spring location and being a customer with Einstein bagels overall. The male cashier was rude and abrasive. I ordered avocado toast on a garlic bagel which was delicious.There is no seating area, not sure if all locations are like this.The other staff members including the manager was not polite nor friendly. I enjoyed my bagel, but I don't think I will go back to this location.I don't want to pay for good food that comes with rude service!!

Every now and then I try to convince myself that this place miiiight be ok to try again. It’s right near my work, and I love bagels. I am always disappointed. Today I gave it another try, I ordered a bagel which they did not toast, though I asked and also an iced cinnamon roll. They tossed it sideways in a bag and practically threw it at me. Whatever. Giant has better bagels anyway.
