It was never a bad meal and I'm willing to visit again. The staff needs to give customers a more skilled impression. I thought it was at least 4.0 or higher. Since it is a store located in my neighborhood, I will visit anytime. If there was an option to give 0 stars that is what I’d choose. Every time I’ve been to this restaurant it’s been a bad experience but today was the worst. We order 2 bagel sandwiches, a muffin and a cinnamon roll and it took an hour to get our food. An hour! There was basically no line and only 1 person in front of us when we arrived and placed our order. Not an apology or even acknowledgement as to how long the food was taking. The staff needs to be significantly increased, retrained and the owners should be involved daily to see what’s going on if it’s going to survive. It’s bagels not a 5 course meal…and the place was filthy to boot.

The employee assured us that they didn't have an order for us and said we must have the wrong location. We got my daughter to text us a screenshot of the order showing when the order was placed, when to pick it up, and that it was for this location. They were then able to find it and said, "oh that's for catering". They prepped the order and we were able to get to the shower just in time.

I canceled my order immediately, reordered through DoorDash which gave me the Duluth location. I called the Duluth location spoke to a wonderful woman named Kelli who went above and beyond for my order. Love love love Duluth store and Kelli gave top notch service.. I wish all locations had a Kelli but for future orders, 💯 Duluth and NEVER sugar hill.
