Never been to this location before but the staff was friendly and even patient while my wife looked up any coupons at the register. Our food was hot and delicious when we received it. Good first experience here

Always a smooth stop at Einstein Bagels. The bagels are fresh — especially the jalapeño cheddar with jalapeño smear — and the coffee’s great. Plenty of space to sit, catch up on emails, and ease into the day. Friendly staff, quick service, and solid WiFi make it an easy go-to.
Aug 21 · GuillermoThe bagels are good for a chain restaurant. The service at this location is not good. We visited 3 times during our stay in Phoenix. The service got worse every time we went. It was the closest to our hotel but we quit going after the 3rd bad experience. The first was ok just busy. They were slow, rude, and sold bagels that they did not have. If they are out of bagels they should tell you when ordering not after you pay and wait several minutes to find out the bagels you want is sold out. Then the response from the worker should not be rude and short like we did something wrong ordering a bagel and assuming we would get what we paid for. Skip this location there are plenty to choose from. The bagels are good.
Mar 30 · Andy PriceAirport food without actually having to go to the airport. Got the chorizo sunrise. It was flat/squished, greasy, and had eggshells in it. The bagel did have spice and the avocado was green.
Oct 4 · Amber WatkinsI wanted to give this place a try on March 1st 2025, but the long line almost made me reconsider. The morning shift around 9 a.m. was staffed mostly by girls and one guy. While the girls were very sweet, they definitely need additional training.I noticed several serious health code violations. None of the employees with long hair were wearing hairnets, which is a basic food safety requirement. The two girls making the bagels were handling food with gloves but also touching various surfaces the machine’s buttons, their clothes, even adjusting their hair all while wearing the same gloves. They never took them off or changed them. If you’re going to punch in numbers, at least use your knuckles instead of the same fingers handling food. As for my order, I asked for my bagel to be double toasted, but it wasn’t. They toasted the top part but forgot to toast the bottom. The wait time was also far too long, likely due to the staff’s inexperience. While the employees were friendly, I’m not just looking for pleasant service I expect good service, where I don’t have to question whether my food is handled hygienically. Management really needs to reinforce proper food safety protocols and improve efficiency. With better training and attention to hygiene, this place could be great but for now, I can’t recommend it.
