Talk about frustrating!! This Einstein is 20 minutes from home but unfortunately the closest to my home. My husband went to get an order I placed online and half the order was missing when he got home! Now it was definitely his bad for not checking the order. However it took me 15 mins for someone to answer phone. Then when the phone was answered by BRIAN I told him what happened and he put me on hold again to get his manager. In the meantime my husband got back to Einsteins picked up our missed order and the manager NEVER got on the phone! So I stayed on hold for over 20 mins just to be ignored! Absolutely sad how customers are treated, Einsteins is NOT cheap and should take some accountability!

Then the woman had the audacity to offensively ask me why I’m taking a tub of cream cheese that I paid for. Horrible. How hard is it to package up bagels and cream cheese? This place can’t even do one thing right.
