5/25/2025 (Sunday, May 25 2025) .. I ordered a Nova Brunch Box special from the Casselberry, Florida location. This place has serious issues with basic customer service, sanitation and decency. The bag used to carry it was sealed. The food itself was sealed. I had it delivered 8 minutes away from the store. Yet, there was a roach in my order. The food also arrived cold. Clearly, this food was not fresh. It is disgusting.To make matters worse, I called the location. I've ordered from here plenty of times and never had an issue. I spoke very calmly and politely. I requested to speak with a manager hoping she/they could smooth things over. And to my surprise, she was extremely rude. I asked what her name was and she said - "I do not have to disclose that". She asked if I had complained before about any prior orders/bagels and I said - no. This is my first time ever calling but I have ordered plenty of times. She said - "Our location is spotless and that the roach must have been the fault of the delivery driver and there is nothing she can do about it".Rude, ghetto, uncivilized and disgusting service. The lack of professionalism is breathtaking. A word of caution to anyone who sees this. For your own sanity and health. Do not eat at this location!I have attached photos and videos.Update 1: Thursday, May 29 2025On Tuesday, May 27 2025. I received an automated email saying they have received my complaint. It is now Thursday, May 29 2025 (4 days after complaint) and no one has emailed/called/or contacted me.Update 2: Thursday, July 3 2025*37 days later. There has been no - update, response, email, call, or contact from their corporate team or the Casselberry location.If they ever reach out to me, I will update this review.

We stopped by Einstein Bros. for a quick “brunch” stop. This is essentially a “bagel theme” fast food restaurant so, don’t expect a proper bagel shop experience. Overall, the bagel sandwiches were pretty tasty and the coffee drinks were decent. The staff were diligent but, it seemed a little all over the place.
Apr 26 · EdgarI have been to many other Einstein locations in the past, so I thought I would try this one for the first time. I made my order using the mobile app which was easy. I used the curbside option, and put in the make, model and color of my car. When I arrived I clicked “I’m here” on the app and the app indicated that someone would be out to bring my order shortly. I waited for over 20 minutes while watching car after car enter and leave the drive through and people come and go through the main entrance, so I decided to enter. I immediately noticed my order sitting in the “mobile pick up” area, and I asked why my order wasn’t brought out, as I specifically selected curbside. The staff appeared shocked, and said “I don’t know, we don’t do that” I took my order and left upset, to find my food was cold. The poor flavor of the iced coffee made me a little more aggravated, then seeing on the bag printed “curbside order” made me even more irritated. I certainly wont use this location ever again. As you can see from the photo, my $8 Texas Brisket breakfast sandwich looked quite sad. As far as the place goes, it was clean and organized, and the staff were friendly. There was plenty of available parking spaces. We’ll see what corporate has to say about this situation.
