I do not believe any of the negative reviews that Einstein in Naperville has received!!! I go there all the time and it's awesome! People are friendly, helpful and professional. Not just to me, but everyone around me. I've never seen anyone get anything but the best service possible. Even on Memorial Day, when they had the store open and a booth at the parade, both locations provided only excellent service and products. I know, because I went to both! Try it for yourself, you'll see! I'm going back today and expect the same awesome service I always get.

You could tell the air wasn't working because it was very hot in there I felt bad for the employees that were running around making people's orders. Despite the chaos of trying to find the end of the line and where to order the food was really good!
