I've frequented this store many times at opening (5AM) as well as late morning and lunch time. It is a busy store. It is clean at opening. However, it is tired. The chairs are really worn. Owner. Time for a face lift. This has to be a money making store.

Stopped by Einstein Bagels, The bagel was amazing, perfectly toasted and fresh. My iced coffee was just as good, smooth and refreshing. Great spot for a quick and tasty breakfast!

The staff is always friendly and smiling dispite the pressure to meet customer demands. The store and restrooms are clean. They have a heart of gold and giving to the community as they demonstrated with smiles "yes, we would Love to give bagels to the children and staff, volentiers, teachers, security guards, leaders, tech teams and many other workers" who came to the campus early and had nothing to eat. The Bagels were a saving factor to many and we are so grateful! and Amazed how generous they were to us. for the week of our Vacation Bible School. Always we will remember your generousity and delicious Einstein Bagels. Contiue success and blessings on each of you.Another year for Vacation Bible School for Scottsdale kids. and another Bagel Donation to our Staff and Volunteers from Einstein Bagels , 90th St, to help us feed the workers. Most recently, they provided delicious bagels for over 70 athletes at the USA Artistic Swimming Rising Star Camp, held at the McDowell Mountain Ranch Aquatic Center, with participants from Arizona, California, and Nevada.Their donation fueled not only our hardworking athletes but also our amazing coaching staff — including three Artistic (Synchronized) Swimming Olympians and the USA Artistic Swimming Coach of the Year. The bagels were a huge hit!The owner and staff at this location are kind, community-focused, and always willing to support a great cause. We chose an Einstein we’ve never visited before in Scottsdale off shea. It was unfortunately a total 180 from what we’re accustomed to with other Einsteins. There was no point in ordering ahead if the food isn’t ready until 40 min after the pick up time. It’s took over an hour from the time we ordered to when the food to when we gave up and left without our food. No idea what was happening this morning but there’s an opportunity to review the process. We sat waiting for our food and politely asked for new expectations on when the food would be ready. A very rude woman advised it would be ready when it was ready. Where we can understand and patiently wait in circumstances where teams are short staffed. We could understand a Sunday morning rush as well. We would easily grant grace and patience because it’s not the status quo for our experience overall. We went to same women and let her know, we’d like a refund, stating we don’t know what the issue was and we were disappointed. A heavy set man interjected and said ‘well can’t imagine you’d expect anything when I’m 5 people down!’ I shared that we’d asked several times for updates on how long to wait and adjust our expectations he was frustrated and walked away. The woman working the counter wasn’t able to refund the order because order ahead is through the app. We left hungry, without a refund, and disappointed. The rudeness coupled with everything else is why we’d never recommend this location. Ever
