Best location i have been to. Always has very quick service and very clean. The manager, Alexis, made sure to go out of her way to make sure multiple customers as well as myself had everything we needed and to let us know of the rewards program. Will absolutely be back

In a time when good customer service is hard to find Sierra was a bright shinning star. She greeted everyone with a smile, joyful attitude, and used customers names when speaking with them. I was so impressed with her level of service and kindness! Will definitely come back to this location.

My husband tried to order a box of a dozen bagels in store and they told him he couldn't choose the bagels.I find that so odd when we can choose the bagels if we order online. Seems like the people working that day just didn't want to put in minimum effort. We won't be back.

They are barely putting even a reasooon of gravy sauce. Used to have so much it ran off the sandwich and was amazing.The sausage and egg on sesame they did not toast that or the individual bagels we ordered. The only thing they got right was the dessert struddle thing. Raw bagel is not very tasty. I hope they get their act together and someone reads this.
