EDIT 4/11/25: Einstein Bagels customer service did reach out to me and handled the situation well, providing a $10 credit automatically loaded to my account. Thank you.I’ve been here a few times, it’s not too bad. A little pricey but what isn’t. However the last two times, one of them ordering in drive thru and the other picking up at my designated time, my sandwiches were completely lukewarm. Today I ordered a cinnamon bun because there was a coupon for a free sandwich with all orders.. I take the box out of the bag and this is what the box looked like. I have no idea what happened, it’s super greasy, looks like it may have fallen on the floor or just been in a super dirty area.. then I open the box and it’s clear the cinnamon bun had fallen upside down, which could be why the box is greasy (still doesn’t explain the other dirty marks). Then I took a bite of it and it was completely hard (supposed to be “served warm”) and just tasted like old burnt bread. Super disappointed. I didn’t even want to eat it with how the box looked. I would never give someone a take out box that looks like this….

I love Einstein Bagel. Every time I go out of town, I have to go because of positive experiences and delicious food! I've had an issue with the eggs the last 4 times I've been to this specific Einstein Bagel in Cape Coral FL. I understand the eggs are fresh from an actual egg. But the last 4x I've found egg shells. Once in a while it was fine. I've never complained about it until today. After the 3rd shell I didnt want to eat my bagel no more. Someone has to do better in the kitchen...

Stuff A Bagel is still top for me, this was fairly disappointing. I ordered the Farmhouse bagel sandwich as it seems like their top rated sandwich. It said it had country gravy cream cheese, maybe I read it wrong but it just tasted like powdered mix overly peppered country gravy and wasn’t creamy like I’d expect if it’s cream cheese. The ham, bacon and egg was cold so not sure if that’s how it was suppose to be but it only took 10ish minutes to get to the house, it shouldn’t have been that cold. The ham and bacon tasted fine but the egg was egg white, which I didn’t request so it wasn’t really what I normally like. I also got a French toast bagel with plain cream cheese and it had the lightest smear of cream cheese ever and it was almost $7. Part of the bagel didn’t even have cream cheese on it. The bagel and cream cheese had a very strong onion flavor so I think maybe the same knife was used that cut something with onions and wasn’t cleaned off before being used again so that was disappointing as I really am not a fan of the flavor of onions. Right now, I’m not sure if I’d try it again. Very expensive for fast breakfast food.

I have been door dashing at this Einsteins for the last year and consistently have gotten great tasting fresh sandwiches. Today I decided to swing into the store just to see what it was about and it was clean inviting the staff was friendly. Food was out quick and delicious as usual.

I absolutely love the atmosphere here! As soon as you walk in the door it just feels extremely comfortable and cozy. This is a place you must check out! The employees are extremely friendly. The food and drinks are always perfect. If you're looking for a quiet and calm location to meet up with an old friend, or a few co-workers this is my recommendation.
