Service is great. They keep the place moving and usually have a great variety of options throughout the day.My only issue is, when did we start allowing pets and animals in food establishments?? Its so unsanitary and gross. Outside on the patio is completely understandable but inside, really. Not service animals. Just pets. Something to consider.

I’ve been a patron of this spot for 8 years and have never been giving the care and service before they came aboard. They both know and greet me by name, go out of their way make sure my favorite coffee is brewed and have a cup waiting for me every time I come. Their upbeat attitude and positive energy make coming here a pleasure. Kudos to them both!

On multiple occasions we have selected a different bagel flavor for our sandwiches some of which is actually an up charge and they still use whichever bagel they want. Today was no exception but once we got our order and the bagels were wrong again I got in the car and drove to the location to see what if they had the bagels we ordered or if they were out… they had them both flavors so they just dont care on delivery orders since you aren’t there in person to complain they just willy nilly whatever they decide to make your sandwich with. Just disappointing especially when you pay extra for things and don’t get them out of sheer lack of care for the customer. Besides that, they have good food and I always enjoy the taste even if it isn’t what I ordered or paid for.
