When you first walk in it just looks off. It's so big with nothing in the dining area.Then we were rushed a bit to order.The food was not good.Ordered a hot coffee, got a cold one.We'd had Einstein before in an airport and it was so good.This wasn't the same at all, and we ordered the same exact thing! Overall not good and won't be back.

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me, paid $8 for a mediocre breakfast sandwich (no drink) paid the extra for a hash brown i didn’t receive. sandwich was cold in the middle. wanted to like it but they were not on their game this morning i guess!

The truly pathetic issue though is charging $2.00/bagel on my $3 bagel for cream cheese. Then when I asked for my bagel to be toasted, I expect it to be toasted. Neither of mine were even warm and not remotely taosted. The carpet in the dining room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a couple days and there wasn't a clean table to be found. When it costs me $13 for 2 bagels and a coke you should be able to afford to pay someone to keep the dining room clean.
