Bagel was hard as a rock and tasted weird compared to other locations. It’s like she made it blind-folded. Older lady, short. Also, I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and she handed me a black iced cold brew and I put the cream in myself. Just as I suspected, no vanilla taste whatsoever. At that point, they should just have a coffee bar and the customers make it themselves. Algonquin location is MUCH better.

However, they routinely exhibit poor customer service skills. Barrington needs a new bagel shop with employees that care about the quality of service they provide to their customers. This locations has ZERO systems in place to manage efficiently or they fail to adhere to the systems they do have. Ironically the management here has not changed in a long time. I’ve seen the owner once, in many years, doing paper work in the restaurant. Too bad he doesn’t stop in more often and observe how his operation is being run. Time and time again, disappointed.
