Showed this to the cashier. She asked, "is there something wrong with it?" Long story short, I received a new sandwich but the way I was treated was unprofessional. Yuck. I have been coming to this location at least twice a month and the quality of food and service has continued to diminish over time. I won't be back nor do i recommend. Btw the bathroom was a disaster.

They’ll throw random ingredients in, forget customization requests, leave out sides, and not toast the bagels when requested. The sandwiches are expensive enough that I will ask for them to be remade if it is super wrong but they still don’t fix it and the workers are always mad that you’re in the store to begin with so I don’t even want to go in anymore. I wouldn’t order again until quality improves.
