Have also tried their lunch and dinner options that are really good. Asiago cheese bagels are my favorite and all time delicious. I ordered a half a dozen bagels, 4 which were sesame seed bagels and got what's on the picture. Plain bagels with sesame seeds sprinkled on top. I called and was told I had to drive back so they could give me what they had left. I asked for a refund and I had to drive back to return them because they couldn't refund me unless I went back and then got hung up on. Absolutely disgusting service and do not recommend anybody going to this location.

This place USED TO have great bagels, but over the past six months or so, they’ve significantly shrunk in size and the cheese bagel has barely any cheese on it. They’re definitely skimping. And the last time I got them here, they tasted weird and doughy. So today I went to the one in Prosper on University and SO much better. They look and taste the way they’re meant to - SO much bigger and chewy like I remember and the cheese and everything bagel have full toppings. Here’s a pic of the ones I got today and what they’re supposed to look like. Never coming back to this one.
