Placed an online order and it was ready before promised and I was acknowledged when I walked in. When I got home, I saw that my cinnamon roll had been placed upside down in the bag the icing had stuck and seeped into the lid. I ordered 3 sandwiches and we all agreed that they lacked flavor and salt. We also ordered the twice baked hash browns and they are nothing special either. Then it came to us sharing the cinnamon roll... Oh my goodness, the driest, crustiest cinnamon roll I've ever had. Really? Don't you have a sell by date? How can you sell stale product? I took my peice and placed it in the microwave and it didn't help at all. It's so dry it stands up on its own. Not worth the expensive price or calories. I definitely won't be back, there are better places to spend my money.

Staff was nice soon as I came in they greeted me and handed me my order as I told them my name. The place was clean. The service was as expected honestly no complaints. I ordered the Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich which is 510 calories I only ate half since I’m currently in a calorie deficit and I also ordered a Twice-Baked Hash Brown 170 calories . You can tell the food was made with fresh ingredients. The food was very satisfying and the hash brown was nice and fluffy. I can definitely see myself enjoying this place often.

They were not sliced, did not get variety correct even though I told them what I wanted, placed in two bags rather than box, asked for box was handed a flat box that I assembled while the crew watched. They offered a free breakfast sandwich if I gave them a 5-star Google review, pretty sure that's not how Google reviews should work. Not the first time I've had a bad experience with this location. Love the chain, won't be visiting this location again.

The staff didn’t seem 💯 competent. We ordered 4 items and one of them was wrong…and couldn’t be replaced bc they had run out of that particular type at 9:30.While we were eating outside (no place to eat inside), two people that had ordered before us came in bc their orders had been incorrect also 🤦♀️.
