Well… I’m not too sure what happened, but our bagels don’t have holes, and I paid $7.15 for one bagel! I had a coupon for 2 free bagels with any purchase. So I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, then ordered my 2 free bagels with cream cheese with the coupon. The woman at the register said that technically doesn’t work, but I’ll ring it up a special way. She punched some keys on the computer and said that will be $7.15… I said $7 for one bagel?! Is that right? She insisted it was right.When I got home, I opened the bag to find none of our bagels had cream cheese on them, we only had two tiny cream cheese tubs on the side, and our bagels were missing their holes!! 😵💫 They are also really flat? They almost look like sandwich bagel “bread” and not bagels…We are disappointed about what happened with the quality of food and service for this order.

I stopped in today with my daughters to grab some bagels after church. It was understandably busy since it’s the weekend, but what I assume was the manager made the experience really unpleasant. He was loudly yelling at the employees and telling them to stop taking orders, which seemed to confuse both the staff and the customers, including me. We were there for about 25 minutes waiting in line and for our food, and the atmosphere was very uncomfortable due to all the yelling. That said, the employees were doing a great job despite the circumstances, and the bagels were tasty, my kids enjoyed them! I just wish the overall experience had been more positive.

To make matters worse, if you ask them to fix it, the manager will get a major attitude with you and tell you it was because they were “busy”. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Based on all my other experiences at Einstein I was disappointed that there was no dine in amenities (table or chairs). Seams like the world is trending toward minimizing in person contact as much as possible. With no dine in and no drive through I dought I’ll be back.
