went there today at about 8:45 am. No customer service..when we walked up to the counter, the employee just looked at us, never said a word...I had asked for butter on the side, it was on the bagel and so much I could scrape a huge amount of, and the bagels were barely toasted...No customer service at all from any of the employees. The employee at the cash register was using his bare hands to check order, reaching into bags and picking up peoples bagels without gloves on. Everyone seem to not want to be working today. Will not go to this location again.

DJ went above and beyond to ensure I would receive the correct order. Without a doubt, I’m sure he’s the best employee you have there. I used to go there regularly when I lived in AZ, but this is the first one that I have seen on the East coast.I came upon it by accident, and was super excited!! Of course I had to eat there. Things have changed quite a bit.They no longer offer salads, and my favorite schmear of sundried tomato is no longer available. I settled for an Asiago cheese bagel with the garden veggie schmear, and my son had the pizza bagel.Unfortunately, my bagel was stale, and they barely put any cream cheese on it at all.Why are things always so much better in memory?

I was so shocked he was the manager because the way he handles himself and his attitude was shocking. Really disappointed, and I hope it improves because i used to love coming here.
