Felicia Shaquanda is a fabulous store manager. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She makes us feel welcome every time we're eating there. If the employees make a mistake, they'll fix it right away. We always have a good experience.
Jul 10 · LisaI Don't leave many reviews but I had to because my husband and I ate a tasty turkey bagel sandwich at this location yesterday at 9am and by 5:30pm my husband and I started not feeling well we got the worse food poisoning I have ever seen because something on that sandwich was not good. My husband was a lot worse then me because he ate more of the sandwich then I did. I had to stay home from work today to take care of us both it is so bad I will never eat at this location again!!

I love their bagels and schemers but this particular location has NEVER EVER once got my order wrong! And that’s saying a lot for me. I’m cursed I get wrong orders everywhere I go (no joke) but the good people at this location are attentive and pay attention to you and your order. In fact I was watching them make my order (as I have to do in most locations) and I saw them make a mistake and almost immediately catch it and correct it before even bringing it out. Way to go guy! Customer service isn’t completely dead! See ya in the morning!
