Very disappointed in the hash browns. I specifically asked if they were the small, crispy hash browns and was told yes. What I received was mushy mess balls and they don't have ketchup to even hide the taste. Couldn't eat them and the line was too long to get a refund.

The service was also fast.You can get a box of bagels from here, which is a really good deal. Most of the bagels are good, but the real star of the show is the cream cheese. They all had good flavor! Overall, would recommend Einstein Bros.

We would have given a five-star rating solely based on that exceptional service.
