As a New Yorker I was very happy to find a near by bagel place. I truly should've listen to the reviews which I gave you guys a chance. First of all you guys charge a pretty penny (which I don't mind paying) if I'm getting great service which I was so disappointed. You guys skimp so much specially the cream cheese then I asked for two raisin bagels and look how you just through it in the bag. Truly $36.64 down the drain not happy at all. Thank you guys for such a non good breakfast. :(

Out of town visiting and needed a quick stop for breakfast. The staff immediately felt so overwhelmingly friendly and were so kind. Our order got mixed up when we sat down and they told us to keep it, asked if we’d like a muffin for our “troubles” and hurried with our actual order. Everything was hot & fresh as well. 10/10 experience.

I come here at least 4 times a week and the service is consistently fantastic, from my sandwich to the coffee. Always on point. You have to tip ( There’s no skip button in here so it’s mandatory ) I understand waitresses make a living on this, but on To Go order seems a little ridiculous.

The eggs are made from scratch, and sometimes I can even smell the fresh bagels coming straight from the oven. I enjoy dining here because I know the food is always fresh. Lorenzo, Angie, Ashley, and the rest of the staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions. It’s the perfect combination of delicious food and excellent customer service!
