While I can't comment on the service and atmosphere eating in the establishment, I can see that these bagels are fantastic. As someone who has lived in New York, I feel that I have a say on what good bagels are like. I feel that Boston in general does not have an established bagel presence that New York does. However, exodus feels close to the average New York bagel does.

A simple, “I’ll be right with you” would’ve sufficed. She never did assist me, a very nice gentlemen (with the pretty eyes) stepped in to do her job.I guess I’ll greet myself and wish myself a nice day.This is the kind of service the 13% mandatory admin fee pays for?Hopefully you’re open to constructive criticism and not simply chalk it up to your own self-imposed #thisplacesucks mantra.
