1 star is being generous. I went into this location and spent $60 on multiple items for a to go order. While paying for my order an employee dropped my bags of items on the floor behind the counter. An employee then picks up the bag off the floor and goes and replaces an item that fell out of the bag. The bag was then given to me. I find that very unsanitary! Once I arrived home I found items missing from my bag. I called the location to explain what happened and all they said was "I don't know, you have to come back to the store". They were unwilling to help me over the phone and hung up on me. I would have to waste my time and gas driving all the way back to the location not knowing if they are willing to fix the issue. I can say due to this hassle and horrible customer service I will never go back again. The food was ok but VERY unsatisfied with the customer service and a waste of my time and money.

We visited Fortuna Bakery & Cafe in search of Bavarian crème donuts, but unfortunately, they didn’t have any available during our visit. Instead, we decided to try their empanadas, which turned out to be a delightful experience. We picked up three types: fried Venezuelan-style, fried corn, and baked. Of the three, the fried corn empanadas stood out for their incredible crispiness and delicious flavor — definitely a must-try!We also picked up the Roscon Guayaba & Queso bread, and it was a pleasant surprise. The guava added a sweet jam-like layer, while the cheese inside was perfectly creamy. It was our first time trying this combination, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.The service was friendly, and the cafe had plenty of parking, making the visit convenient. While we didn’t find what we originally came for, we’re glad we discovered some tasty new favorites. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!

Stop by just to see what was available and decided to order. Food was amazing! Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. and Sthefany was phenomenal! We ordered the sweet corn cake, spinach empanada, coconut, and pistachio cake slices. We also got the tiramisu latte…amazing.

The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. It was my first time visiting, and the woman who assisted me was patient as I decided what I wanted to order. The food pricing was quite fair, and they're very careful with packing your food (I was ordering to go). All in all, will be coming back! Also, I highly recommend their chocolate Fantasia cake.

I recently tried the Colombian empanadas, and they were really good! I’d rate them 4/5, though they were a bit too greasy—my brown paper bag was soaked through.I also had the passion fruit mousse dessert, which I didn't enjoy. It seemed over-beaten and had a waxy aftertaste, plus it lacked the strong passion fruit flavor. The cakes are beautiful but expensive. I bought the Dulce de Leche with strawberries roughly 44$ 9” for 8-10 people. I’d give it a 3/5; while the taste was good, the frosting wasn't great, and the filling was minimal. The cake itself was dense and dry rather than light and spongy.Overall, I’d come back to try other items, and the employees were really nice!
